Two new bags...

These four bags all started with a shirt cuff in need of new life....

I replaced some of the buttons to make them more interesting, found a belt/strap that coordinated, and brought all the bits and pieces together.... and here they are!

These are headed to either Bluebird Books or Ostara's. 

I made these two bags a couple of months ago, but I forgot to take pictures until now... they are in Ostara's. 

                             

Autumn Inspired

I've just been drawn to the warm colors,

like orange... and turquoise:)

and natural beauty.

with just a nod to Halloween, --a black cat with a bit of an attitude! :)

sweater pumpkins!

I started with just an idea for a wedding gift for my cousin, and one thing led to another...

I ended up with around 15 little sweater pumpkins... they were just so fun to make! 

We gave some of them to the kid's teachers, and a couple went to the wedding, a couple are adorning our living room, and some went to Ostara's.:)

Maybe I'll make some more before fall is over...:)

Ready for the Art Fair

I am going to take these zipper pouches that I made a few months ago...

 the three in front are the right size to hold a diaper or two...:)

These two bags I made about a month ago...

Kokeshi doll.  Inspired by everywhere... and she looks very cute on a bag!

 The birds are made from a fabric that looks like script, like journal pages. 

It was such a nice day today, and it was wonderful to get outside to take pictures of my latest bags.  Two burlap totes, and a corduroy owl...

These three are headed to Ostara's in the next week or so...

I have been working hard on building up my "inventory" in the last couple of weeks because we have had a new opportunity to sell things in a store that will be opening in Springfield, NE in the next month, called the Robin's Nest.  We sent some things this last weekend, and some of it came out of Ostara's, and I'm planning on replacing the pillows and bags in the next few weeks.
